Lincoln has been a strong producer of premium wine in the New Zealand market for nearly 70 years. Coming from a background of locally grown fruit, traditional winemaking, and good market share, Lincoln has become specialised in what it does best and become a boutique producer of premium varietals sold around the world.

Lincoln focuses on excellence from the ground up. Building close relationships with our growers over many years, and with our vast experience, we have developed a network of national growers all committed to the development of producing New Zealand's finest wine.

The winery features traditional winemaking techniques such as whole-bunch basket pressing, wild yeast fermentation in small open top fermenters and aging in small oak barriques. Combined with modern technology like cross-flow filtration and micro-oxidation, we are able to offer wines of international pedigree with aromas that are vibrant and fresh and flavours that linger to provide ongoing appeal.
